This was a buck that was shot and killed by my dad. This was a buster of a buck. This buck is nearly 26" wide and was taken on public land.
This buck had several non-typical points. We have named this buck the hog. After the kill, it was un-fortunate that we did not have a scale. We have estimated that this buck nearly weighed 300 lbs. It took 3 people to load him into the truck. The pictures of his neck and body show his true size. The other p
hoto was a collection of the deer that our group killed that year. We were able to harvest some really nice bucks but they look small compared to the hog.
